An ESOP Company

401k / ESOP Profit Sharing Program: CAID Industries is an Employee Owned company. This means that our profits are invested in our employee's future. At present time our program is split between an employee directed 401k profit sharing program with Fidelity Investments and company stock. Over the last 15 years we have contributed an average of 15%* of an employee's eligible salary and bonus to a retirement plan. This pre-tax investment is made over and above our employee's base compensation with no match on the employee's part! Our employees may also make optional contributions to their 401k and 80% of our people do just that. We believe in our people and know that every individual in the company has a direct impact on our profitability and should share in the rewards.

We want our employees to wake up excited to meet the challenges and opportunities of the day so they can focus their energy on building quality products for our customers. We've designed our benefits program to give them the support they need to do their very best.
